A new chapter for Belz & Case Government Affairs begins as Jeanette Belz officially retires, leaving the firm in the capable hands of her longtime colleague and partner, Lea Cartwright.
Lea’s journey with the company began in 2015 when she joined as an intern, and over the years, Jeanette nurtured her growth, ultimately transitioning leadership to Lea through a thoughtful and deliberate succession plan.
With the firm’s name already reflecting their partnership, Lea now assumes full operational control, carrying forward Jeanette’s legacy while bringing her own distinct style and vision to the leadership role.
As Belz & Case moves forward under Lea’s leadership, the firm is well-positioned for continued success, poised to guide and mentor the next generation of Nevada policy advocates with the same wisdom, grace, and advocacy that have defined its legacy.
